However, we do not offer refunds at this time. Regarding credit rehabilitation, we do not guarantee credit improvement or credit deletions, as no agency can, but we guarantee consistent credit monitoring and timely credit challenges made on your behalf. However, we have maintained thus far a 100% success rate in our client's credit improvement, therefore you can trust that we are experts in this business.
